I believe every person has a unique purpose. When people stray from their purpose, they may find themselves struggling, confused, lost and alone. I believe coaching helps them re-cover and stay on purpose. I believe that coaching helps them fulfill and express their purpose and Live with Energy, Excitement and Serenity. As a coach I help people come to conscious choice about themselves, their purpose and their fulfillment.

Katree Edmonds, founder and owner of Retreat To Reality , is a retired U.S. Air Force lieutenant colonel. She found her passion for the workings of the mind and its expression with Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (HNLP). She was certified by Life Design International of Santa Fe, NM for HNLP and is now a full-time master practitioner. She is also a Vision in Action Certified Business Coach.
